SLOTH FITNESS MEMBERSHIPS

With certifications from NASM, Barre Eclipse, and YogaRenew I have extensive knowledge of functional fitness, proper alignment, modifications, and anatomy. Whether you are looking to gain muscle, lose weight, find strength after an injury, or just want to finally nail a split- I've got you! I have experience working with everyone from an 80 year old grandma with a knee replacement to professional dancers in Vegas. It is my absolute pleasure and passion to come up with fun, engaging, and results-driven workouts that will leave you feeling amazing when you are done. And the best part is that you don't even need to leave your home!
