At Sloth Fitness Studio we don't believe in crash diets and unsustainable, workout regimens. We don't promote "beach bodies" or "working off the calories". And we especially do NOT workout because we hate our bodies.

On the contrary, what we believe in is loving our bodies as they are, meeting them where they are, and promoting healthy and sustainable lifestyle choices every day. We believe that your body is worth daily movement, even if the demands of every day life get in the way.

Our goal is to provide you with workouts that are functional, sustainable, and enjoyable. Workouts that you can do on the go, at your office, or at home while you wait on the oven to pre-heat. Working out shouldn't be a chore, it should be a meditation of the body and at Sloth Fitness Studio that's what we hope to provide.
