Welcome to the new Sloth Fitness Studio blog! Here you will find all things fitness, food, and fun. I believe that a healthy lifestyle is all about moderation. I believe we need to give ourselves the grace to move our bodies in ways that we love, eat the foods that we love, and enjoy ourselves while we do it! If you are looking for a wellness blog that believes you should never eat sugar and never have a rest day- this is not the place for you. In the Sloth Fitness world we believe in treating ourselves and our bodies with love. We do not workout to punish ourselves but to celebrate our bodies. We do not restrict our food, we focus on filling up with foods that nourish our bodies and our souls. Fitness isn't about restriction, fitness isn't about pain, fitness isn't about suffering. Fitness is about loving your body, moving it in ways that you enjoy, and fueling it with foods that you love!

What you can expect
Obviously we are are a fitness studio first and foremost! So you can look forward to posts about quick fitness routines, yoga flows, tips, tricks, and alignment & anatomy information. I will also post mindfulness techniques, yoga philosophy, and my favorite recipes.
