These are the BEST and easiest chocolate chip cookies I have ever made. I've tried many recipes throughout the years and I always come back to this one from joyfoodsunshine.com

Ingredients
3 Cups | All Purpose Flour, or flour of choice |
1 Tsp | Baking Soda |
1/2 Tsp | Baking Powder |
1 Tsp | Kosher or Sea Salt |
1 Cup | White Sugar |
1 Cup | Brown Sugar |
2 Tsp | Pure Vanilla Extract |
2 | Large Eggs |
1 Cup | Softened Butter |
1 Cup | Chocolate of choice ( I like to mix milk chocolate chunks and dark chocolate pieces) |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet and set aside
In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Once fully combined, add in the eggs and vanilla (I use my KitchenAid mixer)
Add the set aside dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated
Add chocolate chips to mixture (Add as much chocolate as your heart desires or you can add walnuts, pecans, etc.)
Scoop mixture into balls and place on prepared baking sheet (I use a small ice cream scoop which is about 2 tbs but you can make the cookies as small or big as you would like)
Bake for about 10 minutes (the size of your cookies will impact this) The cookies should just start turning golden along the edges and look slightly underdone in the center if you want really chewy, gooey cookies)
Let your cookies cool for a few minutes and then enjoy with your milk of choice!
